1. Shipping coverage
- Zaleia ships throughout Colombia, subject to the coverage and restrictions of our partner shipping companies.
2. Order processing
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm (Colombian time) will be processed the same business day.
- Orders confirmed after that time will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery times
- Major cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Municipalities and rural areas: 3 to 7 business days.
- These times may vary due to external factors beyond Zaleia's control (weather, blockages, high demand, etc.).
4. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination and weight/volume of the order.
5. Packaging and product safety
- All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
- If you receive an open, tampered with, or damaged package, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
6. Product Liability
- Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, Zaleia is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transport, but will provide the necessary support to manage the claim with the shipping company.
7. Undelivered orders
- If the carrier returns the package due to an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or undeliverability, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.
8. International Shipping
- Zaleia currently operates in 15 countries in the Americas, but shipments from Colombia are only available outside the country.
9. Modifications and updates
- Zaleia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, ensuring that it is updated and posted on our website.
